Refund Policy
If you have paid us money under this agreement, but the agreement ends for any of the following reasons before we install the System at your Premises, then when the agreement ends we will promptly refund all of the money you have paid:
- if we have not delivered and installed the System at the Premises within 4 weeks after the original Target Date
- if we give you notice of a price increase and you choose to end the agreement rather than accept the price increase; or
- Grid Connection Approval is refused.
- If any of the equipment quoted is unattainable and you do not agree to equipment of a similar quality to be substituted
The following statement applies to ‘Customers’ within the meaning of the Australian Consumer Law: our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Changes To This Refund Policy
We may update our Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Refund Policy on this page.
We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the “effective date” at the top of this Refund Policy.
You are advised to review this Refund Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Refund Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
